Garden Designer Vacancy: Cheshire and Manchester
Cheshire/Manchester based multi-award winning design practice Kirman Design requires a full time garden designer to work from a busy garden centre office. Candidates must be able to think on their feet, have a hands on, proactive approach and be able to work on their own initiative. Must be professional, diplomatic, capable of dealing with landscapers and be able to manage and exceed customers expectations.
Candidates must have:
Design experience (Surveying, concepts, designing, full plans, build specifications, planting plans)
Good customer service/communication skills
Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Vectorworks
Creativity
Excellent plant knowledge
Good administrational skills
Have own transport
Good sense of humour
Main duties will include:
Dealing with jobs from start to finish
Visiting clients
Ordering plants
Planting up
Project management of jobs
