Hello, I'm Alex, and I run 1pc from Maidenhead, just down the river from Henley. 1pc is an app for people who run their business on their own. It keeps your customers, jobs, quotes and invoices in one place, and you run it by saying or typing what you need: book Mrs Jones in for Thursday, send the invoice for the hedge, who still owes me? It chases what you're owed, reminds you who's due a visit, and starts each day with what needs your attention. Gardeners were the first people I built it for. When I asked self-employed gardeners what wears them down, the answer was rarely the work itself. It was the evenings lost to paperwork, the invoices that slipped through, and never quite switching off. If that sounds familiar, I'd be glad to hear from you.
