You can't do it. You will always lose some customers if you raise your prices. But don't worry, new customers will come and they will be paying the higher prices. There is always going to be a bumpy road so to speak but one day you will look back and say I wish I'd raised my prices years ago!
I generally increase the prices to new customers then 3 months later increase the price to existing customers albeit to around £1 per hour less as a loyalty discount and every 2 years
