Uses of a Robert Peston

I don't know if anyone has noticed, but Robert Peston has been curiously absent from our screens and airwaves recently. It really struck me when I noticed that the Beeb had polished up Evan Whatshisname from Dragon's Den to do a financial programme.... which then (by a somewhat convoluted route starting with wondering what Pesto was doing with himself, meandered through some thoughts on recycling, and ended up with the new Thompson's catalogue) got me to thinking about uses for a defunct Robert Peston in the garden.....1) an inverted Peston could be used to make fence post holes... if rumours of his pointy head are true, he'd be good at that....2) he could be wrapped around frost tender plants....3) with an arm outstretched, he'd be good as hanging basket stand...4) an automated Peston could be used as a compost barrel turner.... (some would say he already has experience of stirring up some mucky stuff)....5) a prostrate Peston could be used as edging.... not really decorative, but certainly unusual...Of course, having Pesto in the garden could be difficult... being greeted by 'the end is nigh, the end is nigh.... you're all dooooommeed' whenever you emerge from the greenhouse would get a bit tiresome!

"My 130T arrived and was tested today.   It certainly runs fast...the high motor noise is slightly irritating compared to the rumble of the 130R though.  I've got used to working without ear defenders.    Planet tool owe you a finders fee."
