Outdoor Wood Fired Pizza Oven website up and running

We have recently launched our new outdoor wood fired pizza oven website www.BluestoneWoodFiredOvens.co.uk. Offering 2 different sized insulated, weatherproof ovens as a portable complete unit, these ovens can be finished in mirror finish steel, copper or aluminium.

With and external size of 80cm x 60cm, the smaller wood fired oven can be transported in the back of a car, and with a weight of around 130Kg can be carried by 2 strong people, yet has a cooking area large enough to cook 2 nine inch pizzas at once.

The Large Wood Burning Oven, with and interior diameter of 90cm and external 110cm square will easily cook 3 large pizzas at once. Designed for use as a traders wood burning oven at market stalls, it can also be put on a trolley or trailer and moved around to different events.

The wood fired ovens are built using quality refractory cement strengthened with special fibers to help make it last for years and the cement is designed to store heat as the oven gets hotter, and then slowly release it evenly from all sides, thus giving all round heat dispersion. The design incorporates a smoke re-director which channels the smoke from the very front of the wood fired oven to the chimney which prevents heat lost at the chimney area, as well as a steel framework for structure and durability.
