The commercial landscape maintenance company, Norris & Gardiner - formed in 1964 by Cedric Norris & Colin Gardiner - has been acquired by the Gavin Jones Group.
Although wholly owned by Gavin Jones, Norris & Gardiner will continue to trade independently under the direction of Richard Gardiner.
