Garden and leisure product supplier, Solus, has said that 91 staff will lose their jobs after administrators failed to find a buyer for the business.
Solus went into administration on 15 May with PwC representatives, Rob Hunt and Tony Barrell, appointed as administrators.
However, with no buyer found PwC has said in a statement that 91 job losses, out of a total of 250 employees, will have to be made, consisting of 24 at Hunnington, 32 at Droitwich, 16 at West Bromwich, two at Tipton, 13 at Norwich and four at Edinburgh.
"Making redundancies is always difficult," said Tony Barrell. "However the scale of ongoing losses made this necessary if the business is to continue trading.
"We would like to thank all employees for their support to date. The last few days have been very challenging for them."
