Dying Lavenders

Hi everyone,

Has anyone had problems with Lavenders recently.  We have planted several Lavenders on large scales, for a few clients over the last six months and some of them seem to fail while others remain healthy.  They have come from different suppliers, and as far as we are concerned were planted professionally, ensuring good drainage, fertiliser, etc. 

I have attached a picture so if anyone can offer some advise about what we are doing wrong, or what we can do to prevent more failures.  We are sparying with a fungicide at the moment to see if that helps and starts off like a mildrew and the the whole plant rots.  Any advise would be appreciated. :)

"I've done 5ft Thorne troughs. Very easy to plant just got a mini digger dug the trench then drop them in couldn't be easier however £250 per m does seem expensive. "
