Hello I am currently pricing which has requested in the spec that the subsoil be aeriated by terraventing. does anybody know of any suppilers/hirers of the equipment in lancs and estimated timescales for carrying out the job ( area size 1800m2) and if there is any complications to watch out for?

Hello,
I am planning a trip to Lancaster/Liverpool/Chorley/N Yorks for next week or the following week (depending on soil conditions - up to your ankles in water or snow!) with my aeration machine. Can I be of some assistance - I use a Terralift machine which can treat approximately 2,000m2 a day. The probe reaches into the soil to one metre depth before injecting dried seaweed (which helps to keep the fractures and fissures open longer). The Terravent only reaches .5 m and injects air which doesn't keep the frissures open very long. Please give me a call if I can be of some help. Lynda 01449 673783
