Based in Swansea, now working in all of SW Wales Pembrokeshire - Bridgend and everywhere in between!
Primarily Design work and Garden Maintenance: weeding, pruning, sorting out overgrown domestic gardens. Mowing, strimming, brushcutting undertaken. Painting fences and sheds. Planting and Laying hedges. Construction/Repair of short dry stone walls (LANTRA certificated).
Currently training in Rope Access (2023)

Remortaring paving, steps and small area concrete paving repair;
Refelting sheds, chicken coops etc;
Hanging gates and construction of low garden palisade fencing.

Hello! I'm Rachel
I've been gardening for other people for over 15 years. I started my garden care business in 2007 and added designing gardens and outdoor spaces in 2009.
I've been playing and working in gardens all my life. One of my earliest memories is helping my dad in his greenhouse. I did a lot of filling pots and watering! I learnt about how plants grow and what pests and diseases the gardener has to deal with. I learned about planting and growing from seed, propagating by cuttings and some early pruning was completed successfully. I used my dad's tools and learned about wildlife and nature. I began my journey of love for the outdoors and I continue to learn new things every day.
I quickly discovered I really love weeding! I can do any task in your domestic garden to a high standard. I also paint fences and sheds, re-felt shed roofs and replace parts on greenhouses, all as part of the standard visit. I complete pruning jobs including your roses, small fruit trees and soft fruit bushes.
I am learning climbing so that I can tender for Living Wall maintenance contracts in future.
I have a life-long love of learning and education. I try to complete at least 5 CPD courses each year. I am also a Cub Scout Leader and ongoing training is an essential feature of adult membership.
