Two fly-tippers had to cough up over £2,000 after they dumped rubbish in a park.
At a hearing at Thames Magistrates Court earlier this month Clement Okoye was fined for leaving a large pile of rubbish on Wanstead Flats.
The 42-year-old from Leyton had to pay £819 in costs and a £1,000 fine for the fly-tip near Capel Road.
Mohammed Alam, of Forest Gate, was also convicted of similar offences on City of London Corporation owned land.
