Alphington Retail Park in Exeter is a 23,500 sq ft development of retail warehousing and trade counter units recently constructed by Henry W Pollard & Sons. The scheme benefits from 74 shared car parking spaces and the completion of a new link road which transforms the retail park into a prominent and highly accessible area.
Designed by CAD Architects, the retail park is hoped to bring more investment to the local area.
