Red Burn Farm is a branch of the UK’s popular Farmhouse Inn restaurant and bar chain, located in Hamilton, South Lanarkshire. The construction of the project was managed by Scottish company, Ogilvie Construction, and has been adorned with a unique landscape design consisting of a combination of Tobermore’s world class paving flag and block paving products.
Tobermore’s Textured Flags in the mellow colour of Buff has been installed on a large area surrounding the restaurant at Red Burn Farm. Textured Flags have a granular surface that creates a soft, natural appearance and a beautiful accompaniment to the traditional style Farmhouse Inn building design.
The car park at Red Burn Farm has been created with Tobermore’s Hydropave Pedesta in soft Natural and the blended tones of Brindle, together with Hydropave Ballotini in White, a high visibility paving indicator which has been used to distinguish parking spaces.
Hydropave Pedesta and Hydropave Ballotini are permeable paving solutions from Tobermore that act as a prevention tool for flooding and pollution issues that may occur, which in turn provide a sustainable, long-lasting landscape. Hydropave Pedesta is a hugely versatile product that can be laid in a number of ways to create a variety of unique designs. This product is additionally manufactured with all the aesthetics of the standard Pedesta paving range which ensures that appearance is still a vital component with Hydropave Pedesta, as well as the environmental benefits.
Tobermore additionally supplied Tegula in rich Heather, a vintage style block paving product that produces an aged, traditional look, and Tactile Flags, a sensory paving solution in a blister finish in Buff.
Established in Sheffield in 2004, the charming Farmhouse Inn chain is continuing to expand across the UK with 20 outlets now up and running.
