when i had a sub contactor working me i paid them around 2.50 an hour more but do not pay holiday pay of sick pay
Be very careful as the rules regarding using sub contractors have been firmed up of late. From your post it sounds more like a short term contract / temp position you are looking to fill. However everything is possible but you need to dot all the i's and cross the t's or you may just get caught out.
