A spray operative has died after the machine he was working on rolled into a lake on the Celtic Manor golf course.
Ollie Floyd, who was 20 years of age, was spraying weeds when the incident happened.
A spokesman for Complete Weed Control told the South Wales Argos "The incident is clearly subject to an on-going investigation which Complete Weed Control and Celtic Manor are co-operating with fully."
A second man, thought to be Ollie Floyd's father was also on the spraying machine when it entered the water.
A health and safety investigation is under way.

"It is with great regret that we can confirm one of our operatives, Ollie Floyd, yesterday died at the Celtic Manor resort following an incident which saw a spraying vehicle roll into a lake on the Twenty Ten Course.

Our thoughts are with the family at this extremely sad and very difficult time.
