SISIS to Launch New Flexi400 At BTME 2015

SISIS will be launching the new Flexi400 at BTME 2015 on stand A5, where greenkeepers and turf managers will have the opportunity to see just how beneficial this new piece of equipment will be.

The new 4m wide Flexi400 is an interchangeable unit which has been specifically designed for fast and effective coverage on large areas such as golf fairways and sports grounds. The unit has seven fully floating heads which allows it to follow ground contours. The unit can be fitted with either roller or brush heads and is ideal for the removal of dew, striping for improved presentation, lifting grasses prior to cutting or brushing in top dressings.
It is attachable to the tow unit by a simple 50mm ball hitch or clevis pin and both arms can be raised for ease of storage or transportation.

Also on the stand will be the Rotorake 600HD, the ever popular Rotorake TM1000 and the Javelin Aer-Aid 1500. These three machines are fast becoming regular features of golf course maintenance programmes throughout the UK and beyond and it’s easy to see why.

The Rotorake 600HD is a heavy duty pedestrian scarifier and linear aerator which can be used for regular, routine use at a shallow or a deeper setting as and when required.

The Rotorake TM1000 now features five quick release interchangeable reels to aid the removal and control of thatch and help reduce standing surface water by improving water infiltration.

Completing the impressive line-up is the Javelin Aer-Aid which is a tractor mounted vertical action air injection aerator. The Aer-Aid system injects air directly into the root zone speeding up the aeration process, moving air uniformly throughout the root zone for complete aeration and not just where the tines have penetrated the surface.
The SISIS staff will be on hand to welcome any queries about golf course maintenance requirements.

Peter sellers replied to Peter sellers's discussion Ride on mower/ ride on plant are you covered?
"Your liability insurance should cover the hedgecutting,  However if you have drive your ride on across a pavement, road, private road or private/public car park your liability insurance will not cover you. We have just taken out cover at a cost of…"

"Interesting but not surprised . Makes we wonder about mowing a grass verge outside a customers property and cutting the pedestrian side of a hedge which is a public right of way . "
