I woke up this morning to a lovely crisp layer of snow (I'm in South West Norfolk). For me, that's wonderful. I love snow and because my work is all office-based, the weather doesn't affect productivity.
I'm guessing though that any landscapers and gardeners who have been met by similar weather, have opted for an "office day". Perhaps catching up on paperwork, perhaps working on business development.
As you know, I work for several clients in the landscape industry, helping with various aspects of marketing. I get involved with website content management, social media posting and some blog writing too. One such client Paul Baker of Holland Landscapes and My Garden Design ..... I've mentioned MGD on here before.
The latest article on MGD is all about business development. We're looking at the practical aspects of promoting your garden design services - particularly if you are a landscaper who wants to offer garden design as a new service.
- How do you add garden design to a landscaping business?
- What you need to know about selling garden design
- Where can you get the information and/or guidance that you need?
As well as all the information that's been crammed into the article, Paul and I, along with website developer Gary Marshall, are offering a FREE consultation for any landscaper who wants to make more of MGD's online garden design service. If the article doesn't answer your questions, we'll take a look at your website and/or social media and give you some hints on adapting them to promote garden design as well as landscaping.
Here's the article - all the contact details you need are on there
