London Stone ethical project

London Stone are supporting an ethical project in India.  The goal of the project is to create Child labour free zones in the sandstone cobble producing areas of Rajasthan. London Stone are working with local NGO’s on the ground in India along with Stoneasy, a Belgium Stone importer.

The project is delivering real results in getting children back where they need to be, in school.

London Stone are about to embark on a 6 month campaign to raise awareness of the good work that’s been done on the ground in India.  They are running a series of informative warts and all blogs which give information about the root causes of child labour in India and the community led initiatives that are helping to get the kids back into education.

The first blog is going live on the 1st February and can be found at the following link: http://nochildleftbehind.co.uk/

They will also be running a twitter profile. Our Twitter handle is as follows; @Children4School

"My 130T arrived and was tested today.   It certainly runs fast...the high motor noise is slightly irritating compared to the rumble of the 130R though.  I've got used to working without ear defenders.    Planet tool owe you a finders fee."
