Institute of Horticulture abandons its conference due to lack of interest

The Chartered Institute of Horticulture has postponed its Leadership, Innovation and Growth Chartered conference due to take place on Wednesday 4 November, owing to an insufficient number of delegates to make the event viable.

In a statement, the President of the CIH, Andrew Gill C Hort FCIHort said "We are sorry we had to take this decision at such a late stage and I apologise to those who had made travel and accommodation arrangements. This decision is in no way related to the Institute's partners or the conference venue. The Institute hopes to reconvene the conference in early 2016."
