I don't know about you, but at this time of year I sometimes feel as though I am chasing my tail. Trying to co-ordinate teams and projects, making sure that the accounts are kept up to date, keeping in touch with suppliers and dealing with queries from potential new clients. It can feel a bit overwhelming.
The answer I've found, is to step back, take a breather and look at the business through objective eyes. Where are the inefficiencies? What tasks could I delegate? Could I change my practices in order to save time.
That's what this video is all about. It's taken from my own experiences of running a landscaping business - and if the content helps anyone else, that would be great.
Let me know what you think - and please feel free to add to the discussion. I'm always looking for ways of improving my own business and I'd love to know what works for you.

Thanks for putting some time and energy into this. It's great to hear that we all have the same common problems, and also how other firms are working!!
keep it up
