There seems to be a strong theme running through the forum this week - all about pricing. And by happy co-incidence, that's the subject for this week's MGD video.
In the past, I've been as guilty as anyone else at forgetting to charge for those "can you just" and 'while you're here" tasks that customers often ask for. After all, it probably only takes 15 minutes or so of my time and what's the harm. But as my landscaping business has grown and I've spent more time in the office working on costings etc, it's become more and more obvious that those little jobs were really eating into the bottom line of my cashflow sheet. And so now, when I'm pricing a job, I've really careful to include ALL of my costs.....
