Contract specifications will include Grass Cutting, Hedge Cutting, Football Pitch Preparation, Litter & Dog Faeces Collection, Minor Tree Works, Drains & Ditches, Tennis Courts & Hard Surfaces, Shrub Beds & Borders.

This is a 2-stage process. In the first stage, interested suppliers will be asked to fill out a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire for return by Tuesday 1 September 2015 from which a short-list will be drawn up. In the second stage, the shortlisted suppliers will be invited to respond to an invitation to tender (ITT) which will include full specifications. The tenders are then evaluated and the contract awarded.

The timetable is as follows:

Closing date to express interest: Tuesday 1 September 2015
Short list compiled and tender
documents sent out: w/c Monday 7 September 2015
Sealed bids to be submitted by: Friday 9 October 2015

Those selected will be invited for interview in October and the contract will awarded by the Town Council in November.
