This week we have been working in Over in Cambridgeshire, just "over" the river from us being based in Needingworth St.Ives. The client has a new build property and has an unusally large garden attached at the side of the property which was left knee high with weeds and brambles.
So far we have cleared the site and laid a small patio with a recessed man hole cover and laid a shed base. We are about to extend the block paving driveway for them, as well as install some feather edge fencing and import topsoil which will be spread, levelled and turfed.
Green Room Gardens has also started a full design service in the last month and so far we have completed three different exciting designs which have been given the go ahead and we will be constructing these in the next few months. One is in Bluntisham, which is a front garden planting plan, we also have designed a low maintenance front garden in Needingworth, using different aggregates from Bannolds, our local natural stone supplier. The third one in Brampton is a complete new start on a garden, removing overgrown shrubs, improving the borders with different plants, and installing a large natural stone patio with a large pergola.
It has been a busy month, and it looks to continue that way as we are currently booked up till mid November and would urge future clients to book us in early to avoid disappointment.
