If there's a document you feel should be added...please let me know
  • Phil,

With your T&C part, would it be useful to add retention of title over goods supplied until paid for in full. I know of one Landscaper that was locked out of premises that he was working on and lost over 50k in stock has he did not have such a clause?

    Good point Steve

Each business should amend the T&Cs to suit their needs
  • Thanks ill amend mine later
  • Amazing Phil - I'm sure we'll all find this incredibly valuable. Many thanks
  • Iam not sure how it works in England BUT north of the border once items are delivered to site you are breaking the law if you try to remove them during any dispute with the client. been there got the tee shirt and so on

  • Thanks Phil, I found these really useful. kind regards,
  • Hi Phil, just come across these, which are really useful - particularly for us, just starting off.  Amazing stuff.  However, in the risk assessment doc the detail reviews stop after Section 5, Arboricultural Operations... do you have the full doc at all?! It would be a huge help! james@streetscape.org.uk

    Thanks so much!

  • Thanks Phil,

    Really helpful information.

    Kind Regards

"I've done 5ft Thorne troughs. Very easy to plant just got a mini digger dug the trench then drop them in couldn't be easier however £250 per m does seem expensive. "
