A town council has been ordered to pay £29,000 after a worker was thrown from a mower while cutting grass.
The man suffered four broken ribs and bruising in the accident at Cirencester Amphitheatre in September 2012.
At Cheltenham Magistrates' Court Cirencester Town Council pleaded guilty to a breach of the Health and Safety at Work Act.
