BBC and RHS to give an amateur garden designer the chance to show at Chelsea

The BBC and the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) have announced the launch of a brand new competition to find the best aspiring garden designer in the UK.

The winner of the competition will win the ultimate prize in horticulture – a chance to design a show garden feature on the RHS stand on Main Avenue at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show in 2015.

This exciting competition will allow anyone, except professional garden designers, to create a garden feature in the epicentre of the RHS Chelsea Flower Show.

The journey will be shown on a brand new BBC Two television series called Designs On Chelsea which will be filmed around the country this summer, with the final taking place at the RHS headquarters in Wisley, Surrey.
