UNFORTUNATELY I don't have the camera skills and image editing talents of Elspeth who has uploaded some great videos to the network, such as this trip around Enid Blyton's old garden. But what I do have is the lazy gene and if I can find a short cut well I'll give it a try to see if it works, and in the case of Animoto I've found a way to make interesting video clips out of photographs. The service lets you create short videos like the one you see at the top of this article in a couple of minutes with just a few clicks of the mouse. After signing up for a free account you are given the option to upload your images from your computer, or from anywhere else you might have them, for example on Flickr. Once done you get a choice of music tracks, or upload your own, which offer everything from cool jazz, rock numbers, classical tracks and plenty of others. Then Animoto draws everything together and mixes it all up to produce a short video up to a maximum of 30 seconds which you can place on your website, email to your friends or upload to YouTube. Of course you can also add the video to the Landscape Juice Network through the Add a Video page, why not give it a try this weekend?

"It's interesting though how many customers see any creature within their garden territory as an intruder .
Fear of the unknown perhaps ?
Must admit though the unfortunate  label of slow worm does them no favours . "
