French holiday competition results

Firstly, I apologise for the result of the 'win a holiday in France' competition being released so late in the day but we had unexpected visitors just as I was processing the photographs and they stayed for an hour and a half. I wanted the draw to be as fair and transparent as possible so I asked my daughter Fleur to pick three names out of a large bag. Twenty names had been included in the draw (those that had re registered their interest). I decided to draw three names so that if the winner was not able to travel and take up the holiday in early June 2009 then there were two reserves. So with no further ado, it is with great pleasure to announce that Sue Loader's name was the first to be pulled out. Don't worry, if you didn't win because I can assure you that I intend to do a similar thing at a later date. The second and third place will be notified via private message and thank you everyone for taking part. Best regards Phil

"Have you checked under the seat? I don't know this mower, but I think that is where the manual states the oil filler is."

"Thanks for taking the trouble to reply Ian - much appreciated. Unfortunately the manuals don't help in that my machine doesn't have a reservoir or dipstick so I'm scratching my head!!! "

"Try and price per visit instead of hourly rate. 2-3 hour slots say to custumer £90-£100 per visit.
This will be half your day if you add travel to and from the job. Or have a minimum fee of x amount per visit. If a customer wants an hour or 2 it…"

Some just grass £500 per day
