well i am 36 been involved in gardening since i was knee hight to a grasshopper and helping my grandad in the garden watering the tomatoes and reading is books on rose pruning and at ten taking my first rose cuttings in sharp sand and today they are still doing well.all this encourage me to go to college on a yts training course where i did my city and guilds years 1 to 2 and having over 8 years experiance in all sorts of gardening with calderdale council then being layed off dew to cut backs how annoying that was best times i had.but moving on i got in to the private secter working part time for a bit of extra money and people told me to go full time as one lady told me i would make a great gardener that made me laugh considering.

Welcome back and I am sorry that things have been a bit tough.
For information on tipping, charges and where to go in your area you will need to talk to Calderdale Council (I am assuming that is your council from your postal code??).
They will have all the details of your what you need.
Also, stop off at the Environment Agency for details on certificates.
