WHAT I DO : I guide, advise and support the owners of small and medium sized businesses to help them create a better business - for their customers, for their employees and for them!
I do this by leading the business owner along the ‘STEADY STEPS TO SUCCESS’ - a pathway to improve their business.
Step 1 : I DEFINE what they are trying to achieve, what their blockers and challenges are, and what keeps them awake at night.
Step 2 : I DEVELOP the business vision, mission and values, create actionable and prioritised goals & objectives and solutions.
Step 3 : I DELIVER action, results and a better business.
WHO I WORK WITH : I work with SMEs within a variety of business sectors, however with my own passion for the creation of fantastic outdoor spaces, I’m increasing my client base within the Professional Landscape industry - including Garden Designers, Landscape Contractors and Suppliers.
