Turf Turfgrass Agronomist Practicing 'Biological Turf & Plant Management' as opposed to the chemical warfare that has prevailed over the past 50 - 60 years or so, I have developed over the past 10 years several 'effective' products for the management of sports turf. The biggest 'surprise is that hardwearing, vibrant sports turf can be maintained to vet high quality without the need to apply NPK type of fertilisers - well at least for the last 4 years to date My impetus is driven by what can be achieved by promoting plant health with a back to basic soil and agricultural science (that most of us have forgotten!). The on going health benefits of enjoying a lawn or eating fruit and vegetables that have not been subjected to pesticides is very rewarding. I am passionate about all types of grass and currently moving into the domestic lawn & garden care with the same emphasis on looking after those all essential soil and plant microbes and hope to be able to pass this on to others
