About you and your business ( please complete)
I've been gardening pretty much all my life, after leaving school I was unsure of what to do with myself. That was when I came across a horticultural college not far from home, I completed 3 years gaining a national diploma in horticulture. After leaving college I worked for various landscaping businesses building and maintaining small postage stamp gardens through to large private estates. Then in 2005 I decided to go it alone, starting small building up a garden maintenance business which started to include small garden design and build projects. I ran this business till 2011 when an opportunity came along to work as a head gardener on a private estate restoring an Arts and Crafts garden originally made in 1910. Outside of the garden I love nothing more than outdoor sports like, cycling, climibing, hill walking.

Thanks for your comments, glad you have found the information useful. I know I found it a complete nightmare when I first started. There are just too many ways to do a website these days!
Good luck with doing yours - hope you'll put up a link so we can see it when you're done!

Just wondered how you are doing, managing to keep busy over these cold months?
Very quiet for me at the moment, not that there is much that could be done with all the snow still on the ground!
Just preparing for the warming weather really.
cheers

Good to hear from you. Ahhh well Reaseheath is undergoing huge growth & investment. Lots of new buildings (new Library - state of the art, Engineering block & Design Studio! to name but a few) however the whole site is very overstretched with numbers now and facilities like canteen not coping. It's got worse this year (I was there all last yr doing Garden Design). Parking is a complete nightmare!! Having said all of that the horticultural tutors are brilliant.... what a wealth of knowledge!
Hope things are going well for you in Edinburgh. I'm really just starting out in the industry (at the ripe old age of 51!) but I love it with a deep passion... just wish I'd done it years ago.
All the best, Libby
