After gaining my RHS General Certificate in 1976 I have spent all the years since involved in Horticulture. I have worked in Garden centres, plant nurseries, town park (in Penzance), Self employed landscaping, Lost gardens of Heligan, Pine lodge gardens St Austell and team leader for garden maintenance and landscaping company (Berkshire). This has given me a wide range of skills and experience and a deep love of gardening. Hard landscaping is often needed but to me its the plants and shrubs that are the icing on the cake. I am lucky in that my work is also my hobby.

RHS General Certificate, City & Guilds 1, 2 & 3 in Amenity Horticulture. Also completed RHS Diploma in Horticulture. NPTC PA1 & PA6 safe use of pesticides. All aspects of general garden maintenance undertaken either as one off or working to a schedule of maintenance or to resurrect neglected gardens. Also turfing, fencing, hedge cutting, gates and posts, patios, decking, planting, trellising etc etc. I also enjoy giving an unbiased and honest garden appraisals and designing gardens.
