"pretty much any 41/2" angle grinder will do the trick........... Screwfix do one for £30. .  Really quick and simple job to do........... just do the same number of "passes" on each end of the blade and it'll stay balanced. "

"I use a makita 18v chordless grinder, comes with suitable grinding disc. Also use it to sharpen my hedge cutters, spades, hoes etc.
