This role would suit an experienced manager with a gardening and construction skill-set, and is an exciting opportunity to grow and showcase the unique work of Red Earth Landscapes.

The Role

The Landscaping project Manager will be responsible for all matters relating to specific project site(s), from team management, to client liaison and budget management.

Working with the company directors to maintain and grow its reputation as an environment-first landscaping operation;

They will lead a team of sub contractors in efficiently implementing projects from fully costed designs to developing schemes that evolve with the client; they will also be responsible for site health and safety, ordering materials and tool management.

Remuneration:
£30,000 pro rata + pension 3% - Minimum 32hr week

Essential Requirements:
Hard landscaping skills and experience, including simple joinery and walling
Problem solving skills
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Driving license & vehicle
Spreadsheets & budget management
Ability to work flexibly

Desirable:
Landscaping/ groundworks qualification
Horticultural qualification
SSSTS certification or similar
First Aid certificate
H & S /Risk assessment certificate
