"We've averaged around 1 stop per year in Berkshire; the rules are clear - green waste free licence lower tier, green waste + anything else higher tier licence and small fee every 3 tears. It's per organisation rather than per vehicle and very easy…"

"I had gone back through the forums and had thought that the consensus was that a drop spreader was more acurate and would not thrwo seed or fertiliser into the borders or onto paths etc. Ill take recomendations for any spreaders.
