Talking with friends and clients in the landscape industry, there are a lot of people seemingly on the verge of burning out. It's great to be super busy and I'm pleased that so many landscaping businesses are doing well right now - but I'm worried that folks are working so hard at the expense of their mental health.
This article on the Arbour Landscape Solutions website might be helpful to some of my Landscape Juice contacts. It's written from experience. I burnt out several years ago - and I'm still feeling the effects.

So, so support any effort that addresses mental health & associated burn-out, the last 15months under strict restrictions have affected many.
We've never been busier and have practically worked full time since mid April 2020, including taking on new staff. In our business, everyone's complete Lantra's Mental Wellbeing course along with ensuring they were aware of the support offered via our Health package ( which includes an Online / Telephone EAP ).
We also make time to stop, discuss and importantly listen along with mini coffee meets to talk as allowed by regs and adopt a 'door always open' approach.
Mental well-being won't suddenly resolve itself overnight on the 19th July, so vital we look to support loved ones, friends and staff 👍
The consequences are severe if we all miss it in ourselves and others.

i try and use the smarter not harder mantra but its difficult as a one person business!
im doing a garden designer diploma also , hopefully as I get older I can design more and dig less!
