Hi Michael
Please take a look at this video, it should give you an insight to what I can do re: 3D CAD etc. I am continually experimenting with software/methods and I know of some very useful methods for producing "near" instant 3D/2D driveway/footpath/fencing/landscape drawings (on hilly sites if needed - lots of them in West Yorkshire!) and very cool photo-realistic renders/walk-throughs etc.
