What happened to Northern Tool & Equipment UK ?

Anyone know what happened to the UK trading company of this US machinery & tool business ?

It had a great website, had an outlet shop down in Portsmouth which stocked some great landscaping & grounds manitenance gear.

It includeda full range from the US company, which appears to still be operating - www.northerntool.com

Their UK Amazon & eBay marketplace sites also seems dead

Confusingly, another business is trading with a very similar name in the NE, but is not related nor stocks any of the original range..

I miss it :(
