Good and interesting video, thanks for sharing. I've been running my business,which now specialises in garden maintenance, for over 25 years and would not get away with putting up my charges by 25%. I wouldn't tolerate it if one of my contractors put up their charges by that amount neither. I'm trying not to be negative but really feel I would lose a lot more clients than your suggested amount.
With respect if you don't make a reasonable net profit it's not worth
doing
if the clients won't pay your new rates then it's just not worth doing
there's an old saying
TURNOVER IS VANITY PROFIT IS SANITY
