Jobber now integrates with Xero

Jobber - the management system for in-the-field workers - now integrates with Xero.

Xero is easy to use online accounting software that’s designed specifically for small businesses. Everything's online, so you can work when and where you want to. Just log-in with your PC, Mac or mobile.

The new Jobber-Xero integration will let you sync between contacts, sync products & services and send invoices directly from Jobber whilst immediately recording them in Xero accounts.

    A couple of questions

Will it sync all older stuff already in Jobber or only new stuff that I add to jobber?
Is there a discount code for people that use jobber and want to use Xero

  • It will sync with the older stuff in Jobber. Its common that people will start a trial and populate Jobber with their accounting program information and also works the other way around.

I will look into that for you. We are working on join the Xero Partner Program so me might get some discounts that we can pass on to you from that.

    Hi Landen

Someone has recommended Xero to me and I am considering using it.

Is there a beneficial way to record data, expenses etc. in Jobber before syncing with Xero?

Is there any Xero discount available for being a Jobber user?

  • Hey Darren, expenses in Jobber do not sync with Xero at this time. What will sync is clients, products & services and invoices.

Our partnership program with them has taken far longer then expected with no current timeline for it being done. So right now they have not given us a discount code that we can give out to you.

OK Landen, thanks for letting me know. I need to evaluate the pro's and con's of xero before commiting. I am trying to input and categorise my expenses so I can export them for accounting purposes. If Jobber and Xero can't sync expenses then it may not be worthwhile using Xero yet.
