About you and your business ( please complete)
I grew up in the Australian bush, surrounded by professional and well-regarded amateur naturalists. I developed a particular interest in insects, especially Lepidoptera (Butterflies), at an early age and am currently focusing on Diptera (True Flies). In 2007 I completed a qualification in Biological Surveying and Species Identification, studying both entomological and botanical groups: Odonata (Dragonflies); Bombus spp (Bumblebees); Apiaceae (known as umbellifers - Cow Parsley, Wild Carrot, Queen Anne's Lace and related species); Poaceae, Cyperaceae and Juncaceae (Grasses, Sedges and Rushes). In the past I have trained and worked in the hotel business; run a small craft gallery and taught textile arts; been a civil servant; and run training courses and a support team in a large heritage and nature conservation charity. Entomology and botany remain primarily a leisure activity, but I do undertake some freelance biological surveying. These days I divide my time between England and France.

I noticed some of your interests and thought that you would be a good person to speak to. I have started integrating wildlife gardens into many of my designs and would be interested in your input as to what native planting to include to attract a wide range of insects and associated fauna into my gardens.
Many thanks in advance.
