I started my career as an apprentice horticulturalist with a small landscape company whilst studying horticulture. I then moved on to study landscape construction and qualified as a hard landscaper. I then became a sub-contractor for a large landscaping company where I began working with my brother Darren. In 2004 I started work for one of London’s leading landscape companies as a site foreman, running large high end landscape projects. I became a manager within the company, co-ordinating a team of 25 and dealing with numerous projects simultaneously. Darren and I now run The Modern Landscape Company which has been in business for the last two years.
