Hi Neal, i gave up with my bahia last year as it kept snapping brand new drive (transmission) belts after about an hour or so. Should i try two new pulleys or could it be a problem with the hydrostatic drive ?
Might try getting it going again if i get some spare time or leave it for a winter project, never got the chance last winter mind !
Best regards, mike.
The site looks great very professional, especially like the 360 degrees photos
Hi Mike
i would have a look at the pulley ontop of the shaft first to make sure this is not damaged and that its sitting on its shaft snugly.
also there is 2 belts for the bahia machines which is down to which transmission was fitted so are you sure its the right belt going onto the machine ?
if your transmission is fitted with a compensation tank then you have a k46 transmission (newer type)so use the belt 28525 and if not the you will have the k55 (older type) so use 28012

How do we find the parts section/link?
It may be because it's late at night but I can't find any parts section at all.
It's under : Home page / Resources ..then select ride-on or walk behind etc
