I've got a pair of jeans on now...but I'm only 52 so I can obviously get away with it:)
Shorts for me, all year round. 51.5 yrs :)
are you a postman ? they have a comp in each depot as to wearing shorts the longest into winter
I am well over 53 and have a few old pair of jeans I use for work in the winter but if it turns really cold I have a pair of thermal lined strides I use
no not a postman, i juggle gardening and taxi driving (ditching the taxi asap) im in norfolk, we havnt had a cold spell for ages.
There's talk of a cold spell coming this winter. Don't tell Gary RK:)))
Seriously, farmers around where I live are talking about a hard cold snap (with expected snow) for mid to late November.
Is it seen as unprofessional to wear jeans for work?
Proper work jeans such as Scruffs put you in the realm of tradesperson in my book. https://www.scruffs.com/trade-denim.html
Bog standard jeans with no extra pockets or kneepads look cowboy.
Talking of the cowboy look, those leather holsters for secateurs look like a gun holster!
