I use Gallup Amenity for hard surface spraying and have always used plain old Jeyes to kill moss. Nothing else does the job quite like it.

As mentioned the weeds need cutting or strimming right down then the re-growth spot sprayed with an amenity approved glyphosate. Glyfos Gold Eco
The moss needs scraping or brushing up as much as possible then spraying with suitable (legal) product: Algoclear will give reliable results. These are all professional products so will need a qualified operator
