i dont think there is enough storage capacity in the world for such a list...it would be endless
I wondered about this before, and a good trawl through the internet didn't turn up much except for rumours of such a list existing, but no one knowing where to access it :)
If only there was such a list! But alas, I'd imagine it would be counted as slander.
I will "advise" people though if I encounter a non-payer and hear they have contracted someone else.
