PRO

Early next year we are planning a roadshow - Practical Pesticides - which will take place in four five locations in England & Scotland.

These roadshows will be informal but packed with practical  useful information and tips for practitioners to take with them into the workplace and put to good use.

Dates and venues (Edinburgh still to be confirmed) thus far:

Who should attend?

Anyone who applies pesticides as part of their job or as a service offered. This should include garden designers (who might specify weed control before and after project construction). Pavers who maintain paving surfaces. Gardeners and landscapers. Anyone involved in turf care.

Anyone with an interest in practical pesticide application.

I realise it's a long way off but I wanted to start some discussion to garner feedback and suggestions.

Great inititive, will benefit all of us as an industry.

There is so little support once you pass your PA1/PA6 - that's it, you're out there with some quite toxic products with far reaching consequences......

Brilliant idea. The PA qualifications dont teach you enough and i am sure some still dont know what they are doing even after passing them.
