Turn the books on them - send them a formal, recorded delivery letter stating your issues, any evidence you have with an end date to to either resolve the issues or refund a reasonable % of the money you have paid.
Ensure you say time of the essence to resolve the issues before YOU proceed with effectively a small claims court action.
If issue not resolved, issue the court action online. It’s cost effective, shows you are reasonable and scares the hell out any company, especially if Ltd.
Its all handled online unless there is a counter defence ( which is often positioned to then make you drop the action. Don’t. )
You stand to loose very little no matter what the defendant implies. The judges are fully aware of tactics and can see thru intimidation.
If your situation is reasonable, with honest evidence the worst is that you would pay the case fees.
Have loved doing this in the past and gained great satisfaction especially when they have to pay up or risk further publicity :)
P.s. search for money claim online - make sure you access the official .gov.uk site
Many thanks I will try that.
surely contract works both ways. they are failing to keep their side of the deal which is good grounds for you to terminate the agreement. try and get legal opinion on it first if fsb member give legal line a call if not bit research online and follow up with recorded delivery letter to them.
Thanks
