The incessant chiming noises my 08 model toyota hilux used to make when the key is in the ignition and the door is open, similarly although i always wear my seat belt on the road, when i am driving down the track from the yard I like to get moving first before putting it on, more irritating noises, I looked on the internet and disconnected a couple of things which has solved the problem
My new VW Transporter has no handles on the back doors so when you close the door you have to put your hand on the paintwork. No good if you have with dirty gloves on, you risk scratching the shiny new paint :-(
Or am I just being over protective ;-)
Meaning you get fingerprints all over the outside edge as you open!
I didn't word that very well did I? Technically it does have a handle but it is in the numberplate light holder and not really where you naturally put your hands to close the door. The second door has a handle inside which is ok for opening but no good for closing.
I had three Nissan Cabstars.
The first two didn't have power steering. The combination of very heavy steering and suspended'elevated leg position caused me long-term back and neck problems.
I couldn't fault the grunt and carrying capacity but from a health and safety point of view, Cabstars were my least favourite vehicles.
You can barely fit a big roll in it yet it stops the floor being flat if you lift the back seats up. Does have a net to hold said toilet roll in place though:)
Did you mean a 'cubbyhole'? I would imagine a 'chubby hole' is for storing large amounts of chocolate in ;-)
